Lulu Retail’s IPO offered 3.10 billion shares, representing 30% of the company, priced at 2.04 dirhams ($0.56) each—at the top of the marketed range. The company plans to open around 90 new stores in the next five years, focusing on Saudi Arabia and the UAE as its main expansion markets.
